Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

KATHERINE Candle is responsible for administering the giveaway and awarding the prize according to these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of KATHERINE Candle are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility will be verified before the prize is awarded.

4. Giveaway Period

The KATHERINE Candle Giveaway begins on July 22, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

This is a one-time promotional giveaway. It is not a monthly or automatically recurring promotion.

5. How to Enter

To enter during the Giveaway Period:

1. Visit https://www.katherinecandle.us/.
2. Submit a valid email address through the KATHERINE Candle email subscription or giveaway form displayed on the website.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address.

Only entries successfully received during the Giveaway Period will be eligible.

Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

6. Email Communications

By submitting an email address through the KATHERINE Candle subscription or giveaway form, entrants agree to receive product news, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications from KATHERINE Candle.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in KATHERINE Candle emails.

Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible giveaway entry submitted during the Giveaway Period.

7. Prize

One eligible winner will receive:

One KATHERINE Candle selected by KATHERINE Candle.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $34 USD.

Standard shipping to a valid eligible U.S. address is included at no cost to the winner.

The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged at the winner’s request.

If the selected candle becomes unavailable, KATHERINE Candle may substitute another candle of equal or greater retail value.

8. Winner Selection and Chances of Winning

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or around September 1, 2026, or within five business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

KATHERINE Candle’s decisions concerning eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted privately using the email address submitted with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after the notification email is sent.

The potential winner will be asked to provide:

• Full name
• Confirmation that the winner is at least 18 years old
• Confirmation that the winner is an eligible U.S. resident
• A complete and valid U.S. shipping address
• A telephone number only when required by the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier

KATHERINE Candle will never require the winner to make a purchase, pay a fee, pay shipping costs, or provide credit-card, banking, or Social Security information to claim the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven calendar days, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or refuses the prize, KATHERINE Candle may select an alternate winner.

10. Shipping Address and Personal Information

KATHERINE Candle will request a shipping address only from the selected potential winner.

The winner’s name, shipping address, and necessary contact information will be used only to:

• Confirm eligibility
• Communicate with the winner
• Create and fulfill the prize order
• Deliver the prize
• Maintain necessary business or legal records

The information may be shared with KATHERINE Candle’s fulfillment provider, Printify, the applicable production partner, and the shipping carrier only as necessary to manufacture and deliver the prize.

The winner’s complete address will not be published, sold, or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements.

11. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the verified winner’s eligible U.S. address after the winner’s information has been confirmed.

The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

KATHERINE Candle is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the winner
• Delivery delays caused by a production partner or shipping carrier
• Packages returned because of an inaccurate address
• Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
• Circumstances outside the reasonable control of KATHERINE Candle

If the prize is returned because the winner provided an incorrect or incomplete address, KATHERINE Candle is not required to replace or reship the prize.

12. Conduct and Disqualification

KATHERINE Candle may disqualify any person who:

• Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Attempts to submit duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries
• Interferes with the giveaway, subscription form, or winner-selection process
• Attempts to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct
• Violates these Official Rules

13. Technical Problems

KATHERINE Candle is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries caused by technical problems, internet interruptions, email filtering, website errors, platform outages, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an email address does not necessarily constitute proof that the entry was successfully received.

14. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

KATHERINE Candle may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, natural disaster, platform interruption, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating fairly or as intended.

If the giveaway is modified, suspended, or canceled, KATHERINE Candle will post an update on this Official Rules page.

KATHERINE Candle may select a winner from eligible entries received before the modification, suspension, or cancellation when appropriate and legally permitted.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to the giveaway will be handled according to applicable federal and state law.

16. Acceptance of the Official Rules

By entering the KATHERINE Candle Giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
